Each vehicle undergoes thorough mechanical inspection and professional cleaning prior to every rental.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1800\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1821\">Rental Extension<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1923\">If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, prior authorization from the company is mandatory.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"2163\">Extensions are subject to vehicle availability. The company reserves the right to decline any extension request if the vehicle has a subsequent confirmed booking. Every effort will be made to provide an alternative vehicle where possible.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2244\">Unauthorized late returns may result in the invalidation of insurance coverage.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2249\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2281\">Booking Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2283\" data-end=\"2421\">Confirmed reservations may be canceled at any time. However, customers are strongly encouraged to notify the company as early as possible.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2423\" data-end=\"2426\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2463\">Fuel Policy \u2013 Return as Received<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2465\" data-end=\"2546\">The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2548\" data-end=\"2701\">If the fuel level is lower upon return, the renter will be charged for the difference.<br data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2637\" \/>No refund will be issued for vehicles returned with excess fuel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2703\" data-end=\"2743\">All vehicles operate on unleaded petrol.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2745\" data-end=\"2748\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"2775\">Loss or Damage of Keys<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2777\" data-end=\"2896\">In the event of lost, stolen, or damaged vehicle keys, the renter is responsible for all replacement and related costs.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2898\" data-end=\"2901\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"2911\">Taxes<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2913\" data-end=\"2974\">All quoted rental rates include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 24%.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"2979\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2981\" data-end=\"2998\">Pets &amp; Animals<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3116\">Pets and animals are not permitted inside the vehicle unless prior written approval has been granted by the company.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3118\" data-end=\"3121\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3123\" data-end=\"3155\">Procedure in Case of Accident<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3157\" data-end=\"3297\">In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately contact the company via the 24-hour emergency line to receive further instructions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3376\">The renter must not leave the scene of the accident without proper reporting.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3378\" data-end=\"3549\">If contact with the company is not possible, local authorities (police) must be notified immediately. In case of injury, emergency medical services must also be contacted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3551\" data-end=\"3695\">If another party leaves the scene, the renter should obtain photographic evidence or record the vehicle\u2019s registration number whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3697\" data-end=\"3783\">Failure to properly report the incident may result in full liability for repair costs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3785\" data-end=\"3856\">Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3858\" data-end=\"3861\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3863\" data-end=\"3891\">Proper Use of the Vehicle<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3893\" data-end=\"4007\">All insurance coverage and waivers remain valid only if the renter complies fully with the rental agreement terms.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4009\" data-end=\"4072\">The renter shall be fully liable for damages if the vehicle is:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4074\" data-end=\"4724\">\n<li data-start=\"4074\" data-end=\"4137\">\n<p data-start=\"4076\" data-end=\"4137\">Driven on unauthorized, unpaved, dirt, or off-road surfaces<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4138\" data-end=\"4186\">\n<p data-start=\"4140\" data-end=\"4186\">Operated in violation of traffic regulations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4187\" data-end=\"4207\">\n<p data-start=\"4189\" data-end=\"4207\">Illegally parked<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4208\" data-end=\"4256\">\n<p data-start=\"4210\" data-end=\"4256\">Involved in an incident that is not reported<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4257\" data-end=\"4377\">\n<p data-start=\"4259\" data-end=\"4377\">Used in racing, speed testing, rallies, or for commercial transportation services (e.g., taxi or courier operations)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4378\" data-end=\"4441\">\n<p data-start=\"4380\" data-end=\"4441\">Driven by any individual not listed on the rental agreement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4442\" data-end=\"4498\">\n<p data-start=\"4444\" data-end=\"4498\">Operated under the influence of alcohol or narcotics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4499\" data-end=\"4561\">\n<p data-start=\"4501\" data-end=\"4561\">Used beyond the agreed rental period without authorization<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4562\" data-end=\"4724\">\n<p data-start=\"4564\" data-end=\"4724\">Subjected to reckless, negligent, or intentional misuse (including but not limited to clutch abuse, standing\/sitting on vehicle body panels, or interior damage)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"42\" data-end=\"200\"><strong data-start=\"42\" data-end=\"200\">For any further information or clarification regarding our Terms &amp; Conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
