Driver Age Requirements

Minimum driver age requirements apply as follows:

  • 23 years old for vehicle groups A, A1, B

  • 25 years old for vehicle groups C, C1, D, D1, F, F1

  • 27 years old for vehicle groups H, H1, E, G, G1, G2, F2, I

The maximum eligible rental age is 70 years.

Driving License Requirements

The driver must hold a valid driving license for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years prior to the rental date.

National driving licenses are accepted from the following countries:
All European countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Israel, Serbia, Russia, Ukraine, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Qatar, Morocco, Montenegro, South Africa, and Moldova.

Drivers from all other countries (including but not limited to the USA and Australia) are required to present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their national license.

Traffic Violations & Fines

The renter bears full responsibility for any traffic violations, penalties, fines, or administrative sanctions incurred during the rental period under Greek traffic law.

Roadside Assistance

24/7 roadside assistance is provided at no additional charge.
In the event of mechanical failure or any incident requiring assistance, the renter must immediately contact the company office or the designated emergency contact number provided at pickup.

Vehicle Condition & Maintenance

All vehicles are delivered in safe, roadworthy condition. Each vehicle undergoes thorough mechanical inspection and professional cleaning prior to every rental.

Rental Extension

If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, prior authorization from the company is mandatory.

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability. The company reserves the right to decline any extension request if the vehicle has a subsequent confirmed booking. Every effort will be made to provide an alternative vehicle where possible.

Unauthorized late returns may result in the invalidation of insurance coverage.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Confirmed reservations may be canceled at any time. However, customers are strongly encouraged to notify the company as early as possible.

Fuel Policy – Return as Received

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery.

If the fuel level is lower upon return, the renter will be charged for the difference.
No refund will be issued for vehicles returned with excess fuel.

All vehicles operate on unleaded petrol.

Loss or Damage of Keys

In the event of lost, stolen, or damaged vehicle keys, the renter is responsible for all replacement and related costs.

Taxes

All quoted rental rates include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 24%.

Pets & Animals

Pets and animals are not permitted inside the vehicle unless prior written approval has been granted by the company.

Procedure in Case of Accident

In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately contact the company via the 24-hour emergency line to receive further instructions.

The renter must not leave the scene of the accident without proper reporting.

If contact with the company is not possible, local authorities (police) must be notified immediately. In case of injury, emergency medical services must also be contacted.

If another party leaves the scene, the renter should obtain photographic evidence or record the vehicle’s registration number whenever possible.

Failure to properly report the incident may result in full liability for repair costs.

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Proper Use of the Vehicle

All insurance coverage and waivers remain valid only if the renter complies fully with the rental agreement terms.

The renter shall be fully liable for damages if the vehicle is:

  • Driven on unauthorized, unpaved, dirt, or off-road surfaces

  • Operated in violation of traffic regulations

  • Illegally parked

  • Involved in an incident that is not reported

  • Used in racing, speed testing, rallies, or for commercial transportation services (e.g., taxi or courier operations)

  • Driven by any individual not listed on the rental agreement

  • Operated under the influence of alcohol or narcotics

  • Used beyond the agreed rental period without authorization

  • Subjected to reckless, negligent, or intentional misuse (including but not limited to clutch abuse, standing/sitting on vehicle body panels, or interior damage)
