Lost Car Keys?
All keys for Trousas cars vehicles come with an immobilizer, and each vehicle has only one spare key. If you happen to lose your key, please contact Trousas cars immediately to get the spare, and avoid trying to start the car yourself. The cost of making a new key will be charged to you. We will provide you with the official receipt from the vehicle manufacturer or authorized agent for your records.
Can i modify my booking?
What happens if I return the car late?
If you are going to be late returning the car for any reason, please inform us immediately, as other customers may be waiting for the vehicle. Contact us right away if you have any difficulties returning the car at the agreed time.
What do I do if I have an accident?
In the event of an accident, you must contact Trousas Cars immediately. We will handle all necessary paperwork and communication with the other driver.
Is international driving license necessary?
All renters must have a valid EU or International Driving License that was issued at least two years before the rental. Photocopies are not accepted; the original document must be presented.
Taxes are included ?
V.A.T (Value Added Tax) 24% is included in our rates
How can I book the car I want?
To book a car, simply go to our booking page, select the vehicle you wish to rent and the number of days you need it for. Once your request is submitted, we will confirm your booking and send all the details to your email.
Are child car seats available?
Yes of course.
